THE FORUM The Forum will shed light on contemporary trends and debate innovative ways of understanding and influencing consumer behaviour, as we move beyond the traditional means of carrying out consumer research and developing marketing strategies. Speakers will contribute their insights into this emerging trend. They will discuss case studies about work in the new field of consumer behaviour, using methods drawn from neuroscience, behavioural economics and other disciplines to understand the apparent irrationality of consumers.
